In Mali, the restoration of the PÉKOROKÉ pond, supported by Pro-ARIDES and the San municipality, has revitalised fish production, increased household incomes and created new opportunities for young people. This collective effort demonstrates how participatory natural resource management can sustainably transform the lives of an entire community.
